Phase 1: Digital Engineering & Pantone Color Matching 🎨

Every great product starts with a digital blueprint. Once you send us your vector files (AI, PDF, or EPS), our engineering team steps in:

3D Layout & Draft Proofing: We map out the exact height, depth, and layers of your design, creating a 2D/3D technical drawing for your approval.
Exact Pantone Matching: Color accuracy is vital for brand identity. We mix high-purity liquid PVC color pigments using automatic color dispensers to achieve a 100% accurate match to your specified Pantone solid coated codes.

Phase 2: Precision CNC Mold Engraving 🛠️

The quality of a soft PVC product is determined by the quality of its mold.

State-of-the-Art CNC Machinery: We route steel or aluminum blocks using high-precision CNC engraving machines. Every line, curve, and logo detail is carved out with micro-millimeter precision.
Sewing Grooves & Cavities: For items like custom PVC rubber tags, we cut recessed channels directly into the mold to ensure seamless stitching for downstream garment factories.
3-Day Prototyping: Thanks to our in-house toolmaking facility, we can complete mold creation and deliver physical samples in just 3 days.

Phase 3: Liquid Dripping & Multi-Layer Baking (Vulcanization) 🔥

This is where the magic happens. Unlike traditional plastic injection molding, soft PVC relies on liquid dispense technology.

Micro-Injection Technology: Automated dispensing machines—guided by computer vision—precision-drip liquid PVC into the micro-grooves of the hot mold layer by layer.
Layer-by-Layer Curing: After each color layer is applied, the mold enters a high-temperature curing oven. The liquid PVC undergoes vulcanization, turning into a durable, flexible, solid elastomer without any color bleeding between layers.
Backing Application: For PVC fridge magnets, a flexible rubber magnetic backing is fused during this stage; for PVC keychains, structural attachment points are molded directly into the body for maximum tear resistance.

Phase 4: Eco-Friendly Material Control & Safety Checks 🌿

Quality is controlled at the molecular level.

100% Phthalate-Free & Non-Toxic: We strictly use eco-friendly PVC liquid formulations. We perform continuous batch testing to guarantee that every item rolling off our assembly line fully meets REACH, RoHS, and EN71 safety standards for US and European entry.

Phase 5: QC Inspection, Assembly, and Packaging 📦

Before a product leaves our factory floor, it must pass a rigorous multi-point inspection.

Manual Inspection: Every single piece is checked by hand for excess flash (trimmed clean), color accuracy, surface bubbles, or structural defects.
Hardware Assembly: Metal rings, zipper pulls, or luggage straps are securely assembled using heavy-duty stress testing.
Custom Packaging: Products are individually polybagged or placed into custom retail packaging, then packed into heavy-duty corrugated cartons engineered to withstand international air and sea transit.
